Nude Photo of Chris Brown "Leaks" Online

First Kiesha Cole and now Chris Brown...What is with these R&b artist and there need to take pictures of themselves naked. Now CB can't seem to catch a break. When a judge reduced a restraining order last month, allowing him to resume contact with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, new photos surfaced of the badly beaten songstress, reminding the public why Brown had been forced to stay away from her in the first place.

Now Brown, who just released a video of himself rapping, has more pictures to deal with after a nude photo leaked to the Internet on Friday (March 4).

Brown apparently snapped the intimate photo of himself with a cell phone and sent it to an ex-girlfriend of his. There's no confirmation on whether the former flame he reportedly sent it to is in fact Rihanna. The image showcases the 'Look At Me Now' singer standing in a bathroom in front of a mirror nude. A full frontal view is exposed.

Brown, who's usually very vocal on Twitter when shocking moments like this arise, did not post any comments regarding the leaked photos. His silence may lead the public to believe the nude photos suddenly appearing weeks before the release of his fourth studio album, 'F.A.M.E.', is just a publicity stunt to draw "attention" to his ummmmm....CD.

Linsay Lohan Says She will Not Take Plea Deal With Jail Time!

After we had reported Lindsay IS taking some kind of plea deal, we found out  Lindsay Lohan doesn't care what her lawyer is negotiating ... she's not going to cop a plea to anything if it involves jail time ... sources connected to LiLo tell TMZ.

0212_lindsay_lohan_shawn_chapman_holley_getty_ex
TMZ broke the story ...Shawn Holley is trying to broker a plea deal that will almost certainly involve jail time.  Holley and prosecutor Danette Meyers are going to see Judge Keith Schwartz next week, and Holley wants to take the judge's temperature on how much jail time he'll give her if she pleads guilty.  The judge made it clear at the last hearing -- Lindsay WILL do time -- probably 3-6 months.

But sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... she doesn't care what kind of deal Holley gets -- if there is ANY jail time involved, she wants no part of it. We're told Lindsay wants to go to trial and believes the surveillance tape will clear her name.

David Arquette Injured In Head-On Car Accident, but is Winning!

Actor David Arquette was injured in a head-on collision on Friday. Arquette was driving in West Hollywood when he his vehicle veered into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting a car in his own lane that had stopped suddenly. He was taken away by an ambulance and though witnesses said the actor was bleeding, Arquette was seemingly in good spirits after the accident. "I got into a car accident but I'm fine. Luckily I have dragon's blood running through my veins. Haha Thank you for all your concern," he tweeted, joking about Charlie Sheen. He added: "Remember to wear your seatbelt- wish I was."

Sirius XM Launches Nonstop Charlie Sheen Station

Charlie Sheen fans who can't get enough of the Charlie Sheen Tigers Blood Winning tour have something to look forward to. Sirius XM is launching a station devoted entirely to everything Charlie, which, according to a statement, includes "breaking news, facts, fallout and career implications."

The Hollywood Reporter writes that the aptly titled Tiger Blood Radio will broadcast nonstop for a full 24 hours beginning March 5 at 6AM on Sirius 108 and XM 139. The station offers fans the opportunity to inject their "boring, normal lives" with a healthy dose of "bi-winning" and "Adonis DNA." But it will also touch on the negative aspects of Sheen's recent wild behavior, examining potential mental issues and the negative impact it could potentially have on his career.

Howard Stern recently said during an appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' that he had proposed the idea of "Charlie Radio, 24 hours a day, 'cause there's nothing better than that."

Sheen has been making headlines for the past two weeks thanks to a string of candid and out of this world interviews with 'Today,' 'Good Morning America,' TMZ and RadarOnline.com, where he likened himself to a "warlock." At the height of his drug binging, Sheen claimed he was "bangin' 7-gram rocks," claimed "dying is for fools" and introduced the two live-in girlfriends he calls his "goddesses."

Charlie then opened a personal Twitter account that gained over 100,000 followers before his first tweet. The account now stands at 1.58 million followers.

Here's how Sirius XM is spreading the word to their subscribers this afternoon:

Steve Carell's Last Day at the "Office"

It's the end of a comedy era. Steve Carell, aka Michael Scott, is filming his last scenes for 'The Office' today--and many around the country are mourning his soon-to-be-aired departure from the hit TV series.

Earlier today, Rainn Wilson, who plays the delightfully quirky Dwight Schrute, Tweeted that it was Carell's final day on set: "Steve Carell's last day on 'The Office.' And the angels of comedy wept... #saddestdayever." And while the cast might be incredibly sad to see their courageous comedic leader leave, it's safe to assume the sitcom's audience will miss Carell even more.

During his stint on the show, Carell was constantly described as the glue that held 'The Office' cast together--on screen and off. Critics and audiences alike are eager to see if the sitcom can continue to work without its most billable star.

Carell wasn't always this well known. When he took the gig as Michael Scott, manager of Dunder Mifflin's Scranton office, he was known only to die-hard 'The Daily Show' fans. Fast-forward six years and he's one of the most sought after comedic actors in Hollywood. And as EW.com points out, he became a mega-movie star without even taking a break from his regular gig at Dunder Mifflin.

Happily, this isn't the last audiences will see of Carell. The 48-year old actor has a few more episodes of 'The Office' airing and a handful of intriguing film projects lined up including "Dogs of Babel" and "Crazy, Stupid, Love" with Julianne Moore and Kevin Bacon.

Think it's too much to hope for an 'Office' cameo or two over the next few seasons?

Lindsay Lohan Is Taking Plea Bargain

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer and the prosecutor have been trying to hammer out a plea bargain but have hit a wall, so now they're having a pow wow with the judge to break the stalemate.

0223_lindsay_leaving_EX_TMZ

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... Shawn Holley has been speaking with Dannette Meyers about copping a plea in Lindsay's felony grand theft case -- the whole necklace thing -- but Meyers won't budge on 6 months in jail.

So ... we've learned Holley and Meyers will go to court next week and meet with Judge Keith Schwartz in his chambers.  We're told Holley will ask the judge what sentence he'd hand down if Lindsay pleads guilty or no contest.

Sources familiar with the case and Judge Schwartz believe Hiz Honor would probably go for a 3 month sentence.

Our sources say both Meyers and Holley believe Lindsay will only do 20% of the actual sentence because of overcrowding.  So, if Judge Schwartz gave Lindsay 3 months, she'd only serve 18 days.

Judge Schwartz is known as a settlement judge, so it's likely a deal can be struck ... IF Lindsay's willing to accept reality -- that she's going to do some jail time, no matter what.

Ashton Kutcher's Twitter Was Hacked During TED Conference

Ashton Kutcher's Twitter account has provided the world a great many things: odes to coffee sung with his stepdaughter, pictures of his unaging wife and now, a lesson on ensuring the security of your server.

While attending the TED 2011 'The Rediscovery of Wonder' conference, at which notable intellectuals and artists, including Bill Gates, Bobby McFerrin, David Brooks and Julie Taymor are all scheduled to speak, Kutcher got a less-than-pleasant surprise when he found his Twitter had been hacked.

Kutcher's nearly 6.4 million followers were treated to tweets claiming to have "punk'd" Kutcher. The hackers cheekily wrote to the actor, "Dude, where's my SSL?"

Check out the hackers' tweets inside.

Ashton isn't the first celebrity to have his Twitter hacked. In 2009, the Twitter accounts of Barack Obama, Britney Spears, CNN's Rick Sanchez and FOX News were all hacked to claim that Britney was suffering a peculiar medical condition, that Bill O'Reilly had come out and that Rick Sanchez was taking a very special personal day from work. (Check out the tweets at HuffPo.)

More recently, Selena Gomez's account has been attacked, with hackers posting "Oh yeh, JUSTIN BIEBER SUCKS!!!!!!" on her page.

At least Ashton's hackers had a mission, unlike the nonbeliebers. They just wanted some justice for other Internet insiders, and really, really didn't like 'Valentine's Day.'

Charlie Sheen Custody Negotiations: On, Then Off, Then...

After reports started circulating about a possible hearing on Monday concerning custody of his twin sons, Charlie Sheen started twittering on his new Twitter page to clear the air. The 'Two and a Half Men' actor tweeted, "not sure what all the legal noise is about ... just verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay."

"Yet the opposition felt it necessary to still harass me with old gibberish .... odd? perhaps. transparent? you betcha'!" he added.

Sheen hasn't said anymore about the negotiations but a source close to Mueller's family confirmed that the pair have been talking. "Brooke is thinking over Charlie's offer and has not decided if she will take it," the source said. "Brooke is very fragile right now."

UPDATE: TMZ.com reports Mueller called the deal off. Sheen was not to go to the news, reporters or public with any of the info, and as soon as he was given that order, Charlie started the Tweet frenzy. Dude just chill!

And while it's been reported Mueller didn't want Sheen's girlfriends (aka goddesses) around the twins, sources tell TMZ.com that she's not concerned about that at all. Shes more concerned with Charlies erratic behavior. Their negotiations apparently allow the goddesses to continue being around the twins.

Police removed Charlie Sheen's twin sons from his home earlier this week after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Mueller.

Muller's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Sheen, prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered Sheen to surrender the twins while the restraining order remained in effect.

Gaga worked the Runway in Mugler Fashion Show

Lady Gaga didn’t need a meat dress or futuristic egg to grab attention at the Mugler fashion show in Paris Wednesday night: Lady Gaga worked the catwalk with a vengence and sex appeal. Hitting the runway in a sheer black minidress, sporting long blond pigtails, the pop star was greeted by cheers from the stylish crowd, which included Vogue editor Anna Wintour. The autumn/winter 2011 womenswear collection — designed for the first time by the singer’s stylist, Nicola Formichetti — was presented in a public gym decked out with black curtains and white Gothic arches, as an unheard Gaga track, “Government Hooker,” premiered. Before the show, which was live-streamed via Mugler’s Facebook page, a nervous Gaga told pals, “I want people to see me walk and say, ‘She is a Mugler woman. Seriously, I’m so nervous.” But nerves weren’t an issue: after her initial appearance, the singer pulled a quick change and returned to the runway to close the show in an ethereal white gown and eight- or nine-inch heels as her latest single “Born This Way” blasted in the background. –Kate Hogan and Peter Mikelbank

Britney Spears First Cover Girl Shoot in Sometime!

Britney Spears Strikes Sultry Pose as Cover Girl Once Again | Britney Spears

Britney Spears Strikes Sultry Pose as Cover Girl Once Again| Britney SpearsI has been sometime since Britney Spears has been on the cover of a magazine, but the pop star has still got it.

29 year old Spears, poses in a white lace dress and black bra for the Spring issue of V Magazine, on newsstands Thursday. Inside, she is photographed in a larger fashion spread in images that range from playful to mildly risqué.

The story is about, Spears – whose new album, Femme Fatale, drops March 29 – talks about navigating her fame as a mom who's pushing 30 with two sons who are now 5 and 4. Asked if she's more guarded today, she replies: "A little bit. I think it's easier to let people in when you're younger, but when I became a mother I wanted more privacy for myself and my children. A life away from my life." With the new album coming out, she's also getting back in touch with her sensual side, too. "The b-tch is back and better than ever!" she says.

Comedian Andy Dick Caught....Being a Dick again and Snorting Cocaine

Comedian Andy Dick was caught with a woman in the men's bathroom at a club and was also seen snorting cocaine off a CD cover in his car.

Dick was out partying on Feb. 24 at a club in Woodland Hills, CA and the person caught the comedian performing a lewd act on an unidentified woman in the men's bathroom. Says a Blabbermouth Source

The source is quoted saying, "He was all over her in the men's bathroom, she was lifting her shirt and he was kissing her naked breasts."

About 15 minutes later, Dick and the woman were seen going into a car in the parking lot where he was heard saying, "Give me the coke, give me the coke."

The comedian then proceeded to snort the cocaine off a CD cover in the car. "They were in their own little world. He was oblivious to everything except the cocaine and the woman with him." says the source, he continues. "Andy has openly talked to me about committing suicide and he has definitely hit rock bottom at this point. Unless he gets help fast then he's going to kill himself, because he is totally out of control just now."

In October last year, Dick got into trouble when he allegedly flashed patrons at coffee house in a drunken stupor. An onlooker said that Dick was sitting with a group of friends when he suddenly kissed one of his male companions on the mouth, exposed his genitals, and "staggered down the street, making quite the commotion."

The actor had previously exposed himself to guests at an Independence Day celebration last summer, and has twice been arrested for making unwarranted sexual advances toward both men and women.

0302_paula_911_callPaula Abdul made a frantic and tearful 911 call during a Valentine's Day drive with a boyfriend -- repeatedly screaming, "Drop me off!" ... and TMZ has obtained the recording.
During the call -- placed at 4:35 PM on Valentine's Day -- Paula cries and sobs hysterically and says, "I wanna go, and he won't let me!"

Seconds later Paula says, "Are you gonna drop me off 'cause I have emergency on the phone" -- and shortly after that she says, "He's dropping me off."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... officers got in touch with Paula about an hour later and she said it was just a verbal dispute.

We're told Paula and the unknown man were driving near Santa Barbara when the epic argument erupted. Police went to Abdul's house that night and determined she was fine. We're told Paula did not want to file a police report.

Christina Aguiler Joins "The Voice" on NBC

The five-time Grammy winner who is often called affectionately the voice, has signed on as a coach/judge on Mark Burnett’s singing competition series The Voice. Aguilera has been all over the news lately — and not for her singing — doesn’t exactly hurt the show’s prospects either. Aguilera’s recent detainment for public drunkenness, stumbling onstage at the Grammys, and botching the National Anthem at the Super Bowl is the kind of unpredictability that makes for must-watch reality TV

Celebrity singers fill three spots on the judging panel so far, with Christina joining Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine. Aguilera was first reported as being in talks for the show in an EW exclusive posted last week.

“I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it,” Aguilera said in a statement. “To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists’ careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms.mI am so happy to be working with fellow Grammy Award winners Adam and Cee Lo as I feel there is so much we can all bring to The Voice.”

“When I decided to produce The Voice, I immediately knew that my first choice for a female coach had to be Christina Aguilera,” Burnett said. “Christina has a perfect voice and is an undeniable force in the music business. She is the epitome of The Voice.” The show remieres on Tuesday, April 26.

Charlie Sheen Passes Fourth Drug Test in Four Days, Challenges Brooke Mueller to Do Same

Just hours after Charlie Sheen's kids were taken by police Tuesday night, the actor has taken and has passed another drug test.

RadarOnline.com reports that the star took his fourth drug test in four days, and the site has video proving he passed. The test turned up negative results for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates and methamphetamine.

Sheen allegedly recently threatened estranged wife Brooke Mueller, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom." The threat prompted Mueller's lawyer to get a temporary restraining order against Sheen, preventing him from seeing Mueller or their twin boys, Bob and Max, almost 2 years old.

After presenting possible evidence Mueller may have been using drugs very recently -- and alleging she still is "I'll match her test for test -- I have nothing to hide. Brooke's gonna be doing a whole lot of these." Says Charlie. Why did Sheen happen to have a drug test handy? He told Radar it was "just in case someone rolls in."

Keith Richards' Fashion Model Daughter and now Grafitti Artist -- ARRESTED

Keith Richards' 25-year-old daughter was arrested last night -- after the famous fashion model allegedly defaced public property ... while in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. Theodora Richards was arrested in NY around 10:45 PM last night, after cops say she was using a "paint marker" to graffiti the letters "TNA" onto the side of a building in Soho. Cops spotted Richards and arrested her -- and during a subsequent search, officers claim they found marijuana and a controlled substance on the model. Richards is currently in the custody of the NYPD awaiting arraignment ... which will happen this afternoon. So Theodora's now a bad girl...Wow!

Charlie Sheen Appeared Live on the Today Show To Speak Out About His Alleged Death Threats

Charlie Sheen appeared live on the 'Today' show Wednesday to speak out about his alleged death threats toward estranged wife Brooke Mueller and why the authorities took away his two young sons Tuesday night.

Sheen allegedly threatened Mueller, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom." The threat prompted Mueller's lawyer to get a temporary restraining order against Sheen, preventing him from seeing her or their twin boys, Bob and Max.

Cops removed the twins, who turn 2 years old this month, from his LA home without incident Tuesday night.

"They were just being put to bed, and my assistant informed me that the police were coming down to issue a restraining order."

He went upstairs to get the children, and the handover happened in a calm manner, according to Sheen.

"I didn't push it because I'm not into resisting the law and just had to surrender to it, knowing that this is now the challenge I claim to be looking for, and I'm more than willing to take on this task," he said. "If anyone thought my focus was direct in a radical capacity, that's going to seem like child's play."

He added that the cops didn't have car seats, so he provided them to ensure the safety of his children.

"I said, 'I love you,' and I said, 'Don't say goodbye, say see ya later,' and later, as we believe to be very soon," Sheen said.

He said at this time, he doesn't know where his children are.

"That's a really good point," he said, turning to his lawyer. "Isn't there some sort a legal protection, or some law that should inform the father where his children are being removed and delivered to?"

His lawyer replied in the affirmative and that the silence from Mueller's legal team was "conspicuous."

"I stupidly assumed that they were going back to the house they had been living in with Brooke when they're not with me," Sheen said. "And I think we got reports last night they were in a hotel in Santa Monica ... At this moment, on live television, I do not know where my children are, but I'm not panicking."

"This is not about emotions, not about ego -- it's about getting very focused, getting very much in touch with what I have to do to complete the task of bringing these two beautiful young men back to the home they deserve to be raised in," he continued. "There's more love, compassion, support, childcare and everything else you could possibly want for a child here in this lovely home -- it's not a house, it's a home."

In response to his alleged death threat toward Mueller, Sheen said, "It's colorful," then denied he ever made the comment. "That's a good one I guess. I guess if you spend enough time around me you can formulate things and make them sound like they came from my mouth. You can do that watching reruns."

He invited court-appointed monitors, Mueller, a legal team -- anyone -- to come over to his house to observe the situation at home. "There's nothing to hide, there's nothing but love and compassion and absolute support for these amazing children," he said.

"Regardless of what people offer in terms of support or opinion based on preconceived whatever, it's a 100,000 better than what's going to be delivered or offered in her house."

He says he's absolutely ready to sit down with Mueller and her team for negotiations regarding custody of the twins, but he has yet to receive a phone call from her or anyone on her legal team.

Sheen had a message for Mueller, which he checked to make sure wasn't in violation of the restraining order.

"I'm sorry you felt that this had to be done in this way, but this does not display any responsible parenting in anything that I'm familiar with, and the cooler and smarter and leveler heads can prevail, and I urge you to reach out to me, immediately if not sooner and tell me where our sons are."

And for Bob and Max, Sheen sent a message straight from his heart.

"Bob, Max -- it's 'Dada.' I'll see you very soon."

While Sheen and his legal team will not be in court today, they plan on making sure everyone has notice when they do go to settle this new custody battle.

Charlies Kids Get Taken Away and Given Backe to Soon To Be Ex Brook

Police have removed Charlie Sheen's twin sons from his house after a judge gave instructions that the kids be returned to Sheen's soon-to-be-ex wife Brooke Mueller.

RadarOnline.com has revealed that twins Bob and Max, who will turn two years old this month, were removed from Sheen's LA mansion.

According to TMZ, a judge had temporarily stripped Sheen of the custody of his twin sons on Tuesday after Mueller, 33, submitted a declaration stating that Sheen threatened her saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom."

Muller's lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Sheen which prohibiting him from going near her. The judge also ordered that Sheen had to surrender the twins while the restraining order remained in effect.

Radar is reporting that a furious Sheen told them, as his kids were being taken away, "My fangs are dripping tiger blood."

Nelly Furtado Will Donate $1m Gaddafi Concert Fee to Charity

Nelly Furtado at the Latin Grammys 2010
Four years after she performed at a private concert for Libya's Gaddafi family, singer Nelly Furtado has announced that she will donate the $1m (£615,500) fee to charity. Furtado's decision has intensified the spotlight on other pop stars, including Mariah Carey, Beyoncé and Usher, who performed at parties for the sons of Muammar Gaddafi.

"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Qaddafi clan to perform a 45 min. Show for guests at a hotel in Italy," Furtado wrote on Twitter on Sunday night. "I am going to donate the Money." Furtado's announcement is no small thing – money aside, it is tied up in both international and show business politics. For unknown reasons, Furtado's tweet was deleted on Monday morning but reinstated in the afternoon. According to Furtado's label, the Pop singer will soon reveal which charity will be the beneficiary of the Gaddafi concert fee.

However, other stars who performed for the Gaddafi family in recent years have refused to comment on whether they will donate their fees or not. "People put a big paycheck on the table, and people don't consider where the money is coming from, or what they're at least passively endorsing," suggested David T Viecelli, a booking agent for Arcade Fire and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. "If it's true that Muammar Gaddafi's son says, 'I've got $50m, come and play for my buddies', I really think you have to say no to that. Given what we know about Gaddafi and what his rule has been about, you have to willfully turn a blind eye in order to accept that money."

Linsay Lohan Hoping to Get It Together Soon

Lindsay Lohan says she wants to be identified with great films in the future, not the personal problems and antics that have stalled her career in past few years.

"I don't want that to be what I'm known for anymore the tabloid stuff," she said Tuesday on the syndicated magazine show "Extra." Lindsay acknowledged that her comeback will not be an easy one.

"There's going to be a lot of steps that I have to go through to kind of prove myself again," she said. In the latest of her off-screen woes, Lohan is charged with the theft of a $2,500 necklace from an upscale jewelry store.

She has pleaded not guilty to that felony charge, which she did not discuss in the interview.

Story photo: Kirstie Alley, Kendra, Original 'Karate Kid' Ralph Macchio & Loveline Host Join 'Dancing With The Stars' Season 12 CastA talk show host, a grown-up '80s teen icon and an ex-Playboy Playmate are just a few of the folks who have joined the cast for Season 12 of "Dancing with the Stars."

"Loveline" radio host Mike Catherwood, who recently filled in for Regis Philbin on "Live! with Regis & Kelly." When asked by "DWTS" veteran, Cameron Mathison, how she plans to appeal to the viewers on the show, Kirstie said her goal was - at first - just to stay upright.

"I think we're just here and trying not to fall on our butts the first week," she laughed. "That's what I'm going for."

As for Ralph, when asked if his choreography experience from his "The Karate Kid" days would help him this season, the former "Ugly Betty" actor said he hoped so. "I'm hopin' it does," he smiled. Katie Holmes Sues Star Magazine Over Cover Story

Katie Holmes sued the publishers of Star Magazine on Tuesday, accusing them of libel over a magazine cover that implied she was a drug addict.

The actress filed the lawsuit against American Media Inc. in federal court in Los Angeles. She said the January cover that featured the headline "Katie DRUG SHOCKER!" was not true.

The cover featured a picture of Holmes not looking her best, and the story itself claimed she was "trapped in a cycle of addictive treatments," based on interviews with former Scientology members.

"Star Magazine's malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful," Holmes' attorney, Bert Fields, wrote in a statement. "Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside."

The complaint also states the cover story implies that Holmes is looking to split from husband Tom Cruise, which the lawsuit states is untrue.

""Of all the fabricated stories that continue to be published about me, this instance is beyond the pale," Holmes said in a statement. "The publisher knew this outrageous story was false and printed it anyway to sell magazines."

Star Magazine is standing by its story and said in a statement that it raises significant concerns about Church of Scientology practices, including the use of e-meters, devices that practitioners believe detect mental trauma.
"Star fully stands behind the editorial integrity of what we have published concerning Ms. Holmes'
controversial use of the Scientology 'e-meter,'" the statement reads. "The physical effect of the e-meter on its users is a matter of significant public concern and we plan to vigorously defend the suit filed by Ms. Holmes.
"Our attorneys look forward to deposing Ms. Holmes about her experiences with Scientology and the e-meter, and expect that the case will be promptly dismissed by the court," the statement said. Holmes,  is seeking more than $50 million in damages.

Her lawsuit claims the damage from the case came from the number of people who saw the cover, but probably never picked up the magazine or read the story to find out the allegations weren't about illicit drugs.
"Tens of millions of people saw the false and startling assertions of (Holmes') drug addiction on Star Magazine's cover, which was intentionally designed to deceive the public, while viciously defaming the plaintiff," the lawsuit states.

Charlie Sheen has officialy Joined the Twitterverse

Charlie Sheen joined the twitterverse today ... and for his first trick, dude posted a photo of himself along with his other favorite things ... a hot chick, chocolate milk ... and something naked.

The girl in the photo is one of Charlie's goddesses -- Bree Olson (aka Rachel Oberlin).who is one of the Stars in the Porno Spoof "Not Charlie Sheem's House of Whores XXX"

Is Christina Aguilera's New Boyfriend Bad for Her, or is She Just All Bad By Herself?

When things start to go bad, sometimes they go really bad...These days, it's easy to forget that Christina Aguilera is a four-time Grammy Award-winning singer who has sold over 50 million albums. The pop princess is now better known for forgetting the words to the national anthem at the Super Bowl XLV, stumbling on stage at the Grammys, being drunk at parties, the failure of her most recent album, the dismal reception of her feature film debut Burlesque, a canceled tour, rumors of very inappropriate behavior at family functions and now an arrest for public drunkenness.

The past year was a tumultuous one for the 'Beautiful' singer. Aguilera simply can't seem to do anything right, and with each new headline, her reputation as one of the most talented vocalists in music takes a hit. Critics frequently complain of auto-tuned pop stars and divas that are more style than substance, but we all know Aguilera is the real thing. She can sing just about anyone under the table and is known as a brilliant live performer, so how have things gotten this Bad? Ironically fellow Mickey Mouuse Alumni Britney Spears, despite her bad press and public displays of her private parts and just plain craziness hasn't seemed to hurt her career and in some cases helped it. But this is a little different for Ms. Aguilera, who is also a mom, I guess we tend to hold some artist on a higher pedestal.

Friends of the star are pointing fingers at Aguilera's new beau, Matthew Rutler, saying he is a "bad influence on her." Still with that being said sometimes we have to look within before pointing fingers. Lets get it together Christina, we love you!

Christina Arrested After Having a little Bit too Much to Drink Last Night

Christina Aguilera's fingers appeared as she arrived home after spending time in a jail cell this AM.

TMZ broke the story ... Christina was popped for public intoxication and her BF Matt Rutler was arrested for DUI.

Aguilera will not be prosecuted for the incident ... but she'll probably be hung over.

Christina Aguilera's been released from custody and will not be prosecuted ... according to L.A. County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

As we first reported, Christina was arrested for public intoxication at 2:45 AM this morning in West Hollywood -- and her boyfriend Matt Rutler was busted for DUI.

Law enforcement officials had said Christina was "not involved in any criminal activity" and would be released once she could "safely take care of herself."

Rutler is still in custody.

UPDATE 9:10 AM PT: Whitmore confirms Christina was arrested, booked, fingerprinted, put in a cell, and then monitored. But ... Whitmore insisted they have "no desire" to prosecute her.

Christina Aguilera was arrested early this morning along with her boyfriend  in West Hollywood, TMZ has learned.  Christina was popped for public intoxication and her boyfriend was arrested for driving under the influence.

Cops say ... Aguilera was a passenger in a car driven by Matthew Rutler when officers noticed he was driving erratically around 2:45 AM ... so they pulled the vehicle over.

Officers determined Rutler was drunk and arrested him for misdemeanor DUI.

Cops say the deputies determined Aguilera was also "extremely intoxicated" ... and since she was unable to care for herself, Aguilera was taken into custody.

Aguilera was booked for public intoxication -- and according to the booking sheet, she was listed at 5'2" and 100 lbs.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Rutler's bail was set at $5,000.

However, the source adds, "If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble."

Sources close to Xtina tell us they have been trying to get the singer into a rehab program for weeks.

The Surveillance Tapes Seems to Back LiLo's Story

As viewed on surveillance tape at Kamofie & Company the day Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a $2,500 necklace she in fact, she talked with the owner for several minutes before leaving the store.

According to sources who have reviewed the tape, Lindsay wore the necklace almost the entire time she was in the store. We're told the surveillance video clearly shows Lindsay trying on the necklace, checking herself out in the mirror, and appearing to ask her friend and the store owner for their opinion (there is no audio on the tape). Also on the tape, Lindsay took off her own necklace to try on the store's necklace.

Lindsay never took the necklace off,  and wore it in plain view for the next 45 minutes while she tried on several rings. Before walking out of the store, Lindsay put her own necklace back on, but it in no way obstructed the store's necklace. With the store's necklace in plain view, Lindsay is seen talking to the owner for several minutes before leaving the store...Things aren't always what the seem...

Cryptic Message on Vanity Card May Leave One to Assume Chuck Lorre May Be Calling It Quits

Charlie and Chuck in "Happier" times
Chuck Lorre, creator and executive producer of Two and a Half Men, posted a 'vanity card' after last night's episode of 'Mike & Molly', one of the other shows he produces, that answered his thoughts on the recent Charlie Sheen debacle and the possible future of 'Two and a Half Men'.

On the card Lorre says, "I understand that I'm under a lot of pressure to respond to certain statements made about me recently. The following are my uncensored thoughts. I hope this will put an end to any further speculation." He continues, "I believe that consciousness creates the illusion of individuation, the false feeling of being separate. In other words, I am aware, ergo I am alone. I further believe that this existential misunderstanding is the prime motivating force for the neurotic compulsion to blot out consciousness. This explains the paradox of our culture, which celebrates the ego while simultaneously promoting its evisceration with drugs and alcohol."

He goes on, "It also clarifies our deep-seated fear of monolithic, one-minded systems like communism, religious fundamentalism, zombies and invaders from Mars. Each one is a dark echo of an oceanic state of unifying transcendence from which consciousness must, by nature, flee. The Fall from Grace is, in fact, a Sprint from Grace. Or perhaps more accurately, "Screw Grace, I am so outta here!

Questions?"

It looks like Lorre is done with the show and could possible be calling it quits. Lorre's vanity cards came to light a few weeks ago when he finally broke his silence regarding the trouble caused by Sheen being in the news. The card talked about how Lorre lead a healthy lifestyle and finally said, "If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed."

Lady Gaga Debut 'Born This Way' Video

If there’s anything you can say about Lady Gaga, she’s definitely from another planet.

The woman is GALACTICALLY taking over the music video world with her new 'Born This Way' music video.

Her new song definitely reminds you of the original Queen of crazy, Madonna’s ‘Express Yourself’ The video is about how she’s some space alien – both God and the devil, split off into to two beings, and a whole bunch of other cool stuff that's way over our heads, but strange yet enjoyable. By the time you get to the actual song in this 7:00 min journey you get to see her in another great choreographed number.

Gaga's body looks great. and I'm sure that she will not disappoint fans in this one.

“It’s quite eclectic,” said Gaga. “It ranges from ‘Born This Way’ being very light to the rest of the album becoming quite darker. I in jest say that ‘Born This Way’ is the marijuana to the heroins of the album, the ultimate intense intoxication of the record. It’s an analogy.”

Porn Star Kacey Jordan: Charlie Sheen Is 'Most Self-Destructive Person I Have Ever Met'

Charlie Sheen's 22-year-old porn star pal Kacey Jordan and lifelong friend Sean Penn have both spoken to GQ magazine for a striking long-form piece that digs deep into what makes Sheen tick.

Opening up to GQ writer Amy Wallace in February, Sheen recapped his widely reported 36-hour coke-fueled porn star party: "In regards to this whole recent odyssey, I'll just say this: It was epic. There are two rules at my house right now: You park your judgment at the door, and you enjoy every moment. People can interpret that however they want. Enjoy every sober moment. Enjoy every loaded moment. Just enjoy every moment. It's not a rehearsal, you know?"

Kacey Jordan was promised $5,000 for an appearance at Sheen's party in late January, and she found the 'Two and a Half Men' star in a sorry state. "His teeth were all gold. I see him as that guy on that show-you know, a celebrity. But he told me he has to put on fake teeth for his show," she told GQ.

Sheen informed Jordan of his plan to create a "porn family" and all live under one roof. "He said that he was going to take care of us. It was just going to be a big party house. He was all about partying, partying, partying, partying. Never a rest," Jordan said.

Hours into the bender, Jordan found herself alone with Sheen. Sheen asked her to hold him almost immediately after he requested oral sex while smoking cocaine from a pipe. "I think he was scared. I could see the pain," Jordan said. "As I was walking away, I could see him just sitting in the bed, hunched over with his pipe. That night I knew: This is the most self-destructive person I have ever met." This coming from someone who tried to commit suicide after the AVN Awards, (Adult Video Awards) in Las Vegas early January of this year. The Porn Princess tried to kill herself over breaking up with a boyfriend (GStar?) and then tweeted that she was going to commit suicide by taking a bottle of Xanax:

After Tweeting the event, her sister allegedly sees the tweet and alerts the hotel staff, which come to her rescue. This is classic "pot-calling-the-kettle-black"!

Screen Legend Jane Russell Dead at 89

Legendary pinup star Jane Russell died Monday of respiratory failure, the Associated Press reports. She was 89. The screen legend rose to fame in the '40s after starring in Howard Hughes' 1941 western, 'The Outlaw.' She also starred in 1953's 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' alongside Marilyn Monroe.

Russell became a star after Hughes distributed sexy publicity photos of her prior to the release of 'The Outlaw.' She soon became famous as a pinup for World War II GIs.

After 'The Outlaw,' Russell starred in 'The Paleface' opposite Bob Hope in 1948. Her next notable film was 'Gentleman Prefer Blondes.' She and Monroe played friends who seek romance in Paris and sing 'Two Little Girls From Little Rock.' In 2001, Russell spoke of the film, noting that Monroe was five years younger than her and that "it was like working with a little sister."

Russell then filmed the 1954 musical 'The French Line', which was shot in 3D. Its promotional campaign was short and sweet: "J.R. in 3D. Need we say more?"

The screen legend made the sequel 'Gentleman Marry Brunettes' in 1955--this time without Monroe. And she joined Clark Gabel and Jeff Chandler for two Western movies: 'The Tall Men' and 'FoxFire,' respectively.

Charlie Sheen's Legal Team Ready to Sue CBS, WB, and Lorre

Charlie Sheen's legal team sent a hell-fire letter to CBS and Warner Bros. demanding that he be paid for the eight canceled episodes of 'Two and a Half Men.

Late last week, CBS and Warner Bros. announced they were discontinuing production of the hit TV show based on Sheen's conduct and condition--including the actor's statements about 'Men' producer Chuck Lorre. (Seams Personal)

Sheen's lawyer, top Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, wrote a letter to the network and production company on Monday claiming they were violating Sheen's contract by canceling the remaining episodes. Singer wrote: "This action is outrageous and in direct violation of our client's legal rights, including under the contract between our client and Warner Bros. Television with regard to 'Two and a Half Men' ("the Series"). Our client is entitled to be paid for eight additional episodes under his contract on the Series."

He claimed that the episodes were canceled "not because of my client's condition but in retaliation for your show runner being criticized." Singer also suggested they are "pampering" Lorre.

Singer, states that Charlie is sober and able to work. "Furthermore, my client is clean and sober and has passed every drug test requested," the letter stated. "In fact, he took passing tests this weekend."

Saddle up folks, this is gonna be a real barn burner. Singer makes it clear they will not back down. "He (Sheen) intends to hold Warner Bros. fully accountable for the compensation owed on his contract and to hold Warner Bros. and CBS fully accountable for all of the consequences of their actions." If he's not paid as requested, "our client intends to bring appropriate legal action against Warner Bros., as well as against Mr. Lorre..."

The WB To Pay 'Two and a Half Men' Crew

Warner Bros. will pay the crew of "Two and a Half Men" for the remainder of the season. Members of the crew say they were told "Men" creator Chuck Lorre spearheaded the move, got Warner Bros. on board and as a result more than 100 people will be getting their paychecks. Members of the crew estimate they will collectively get around $2 million for the time that is left.

Lohan on Jimmy Kimmel in a Wonderful Infomercial!

On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards', all of Hollywood's hottest babes revealed the exercise routine responsible for their svelte look: Jimmy K and his Hottie Body Humpilates technique. This is better than the Shake Weight.

Jessica Alba, Minka Kelly, Jessica Biel and Sofia Vergara were on hand to demonstrate in Jimmy Kimmel's infomercial, each humping an exercise ball (the "HoBo"). Dressed in red spandex, Jimmy K directed them: "Hump it up. Hump it down. Take a train to humpy town!" Eva Longoria revealed, "I couldn't stop humping! I hump everywhere -- at work, at the beach, in the car."

Lindsay Lohan appeared, hand in hand with Jimmy K, to give her full endorsement -- with the help of a lion. "Lions hump upwards of 40 times a night. I've spent thousands of hours watching them." Kimmel said, "The Jimmy K program is so affordable, it's practically a steal." Lohan chimed in, "Allegedly." Wink wink. You gotta love LiLo when life hands her lemons she makes freakin' lemonde!

I Guess Charlie Sheen Belives in Miracles, The Easter Bunny, Snowballs Do Have A Chance In Hell, and Unicorns

Charlie Sheen not only says he'd gladly do another season of "Two and Half Men" and he'd also work with his boss Chuck Lorre again ... you know, the guy he called a "turd" and challenged to a fight.

Charlie -- who's under contract for one more season of "Men"says he'd definitely do season 9 as planned because, simply, he's a man of his word. But it gets better, Charlie says he's even on board to do a season 10 if they paid him $3 million an episode plus a $20 million signing bonus. Charlie says he'd use the bonus to cover everything the "Men" staff lost after the current season was derailed. Wow, are we sure Charlies drug test were clean.

Franco-Hathaway Paring Not So Cool After All

James Franco was asked about how was he was feeling in the buildup to his first time hosting the Academy Awards, one of the toughest gigs in all of entertainment. Franco didn't sound all that concerned. "It's fine, it's like one night," he said, practically laughing at the question. "So, it doesn't matter. Like, if I host the worst Oscar show in the history of the Oscars, like, what do I care, you know what I mean? I'll try my best, but I don't see any shame." The old I'll do his best, and whatever happens happens Attitude...I get it, BUT!

The evening started off relatively promising with a pre-taped segment in which he and Hathaway were digitally inserted into different Best Picture nominees...Well you were there you know what I'm talkin' about, we covered this in yesterdays overview. Franco was the dopey straight man to Hathaway's adorable, manic goofball, man she needs-a-tan self. But then the broadcast began ... and everything wasn't so funny for Franco.

During a brief opening monologue, the jokes may not have been particularly sharp, Franco hardly seemed excited in any of the material. This, "MAYBE" is his appeal: When he's in a comedy like "Pineapple Express" or hosting "Saturday Night Live," he plays the out-of-it dude who's off on his own little wavelength. But rather than underplaying, he seemed like he was hardly there.

These two people were meant to represent Hollywood's Bright New Stars, but the comedy seemed Dull. Then Billy Crystal makes an appearance an 8 time Host, and the room lit up like the forth of July.

Because they had become the poster children for the Oscar's official youth movement, Franco and Hathaway had allot of pressure put on them, but as pros, they should of been able to handle that.

The producers did a lot to trim down the shows usually marathon  running time -- no long opening monologue, no special segments devoted to the Best Picture nominees, presenters introducing multiple categories -- but if the broadcast wasn't long, it instead just felt deathly slow and meager. The energy that Franco was supposed to provide didn't happen So there goes another Award Show in the history books, and please lets not let history repeat itself

"And the Winner Is...Kings Speech" 83rd Annual Academy Awards

Colin Firth accepts the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for 'The King's Speech' onstage during the 83rd Annual Academy Awards held at the Kodak Theatre on February 27, 2011 in Hollywood, California. It was promoted as "the young and hip Oscars," but it was the traditional movie that walked away with the big prize.

The King's Speech, an historic epic about King George VI, the stammering ruler of England at the start of the Second World War, was named Sunday as best movie of the year. It also won the awards for best actor and best director. It won four Oscars in total.

The 2011 Academy Awards were a battle of Old and New Hollywood, with some bad words thrown in for spice.

Youth prevailed in the hotly contested race for best actress. The Oscar went to Natalie Portman, 29, playing a ballerina whose persona is slowly shattered when she has to find her dark side to dance Swan Lake. There had been some late momentum for Annette Bening, 52, for her role as a workaholic doctor in The Kids Are All Right.

Colin Firth - representing old Hollywood - was named best actor for his role as King George VI. Firth, 50, who was nominated last year for A Single Man, said, "I have a feeling my career's just peaked." He warned the audience that he might break into dance.
Tom Hooper won the Oscar for best director of the film, and, in keeping with the film's traditional values, paid tribute to his mother, who saw a theatre version of The King's Speech and recommended he make it his next movie. "The moral of the story is, listen to your mother," he said.

The supporting actress award went to Melissa Leo, who started the broadcast on the young and hip foot when she said a Bad Word - "When I watched Kate (Winslet) two years ago, it looked so f----n' easy" - during her acceptance speech. Leo overcame the controversy of putting self-promoting glamour ads into trade publications, but she ignited a new one with her slip of the tongue: The "f-bomb" became a running joke in the broadcast.

Leo won for her excoriating portrait in The Fighter of the mother and manager of "Irish" Micky Ward, the real-life junior welterweight who overcame the odds (and his family) to win a title. Christian Bale, whose portrayal of Micky's crack-addict brother almost overwhelmed the boxing movie, was named best supporting actor.

"It's the young and hip Oscars," said co-host Anne Hathaway - at 28, the youngest-ever host of the Academy Awards show - after Leo's gaffe.

The champion of the New Hollywood - The Social Network, a more modern sort of biopic - told the story of Mark Zuckerberg, who founded Facebook. It was a different kind of watershed event, one that may turn out to be no less earth-shaking than the war.

But while it was an early Oscar favourite, it came away with only three awards. Aaron Sorkin won for adapted screenplay for his smart, fast-moving original screenplay. He paid tribute to legendary screenwriter Paddy Chayefsky, who won the Oscar "for another movie with Network in the title;" that is, Network (he also won for Hospital and Marty.)

The movie also won the awards for best original score and best editing.

David Seidler, who wrote The King's Speech, won the award for best original screenplay. "My father always said to me I would be a late bloomer," said Seidler, 73. He noted that he is the oldest person to ever win the award, which he accepted "for all the stutterers throughout the world."

It wasn't a great night for Canada. The Danish film In a Better World - a story about friendship between two families - won the Oscar for best foreign-language film, beating the Canadian entry Incendies, Denis Villeneuve's shattering film about a Montreal woman who goes to the Middle East to learn secrets about her family.

The Australian film The Lost Thing won the award for animated short film, beating the favoured Pixar entry, Day & Night. Pixar bounced back by winning the award for best animated feature for Toy Story 3, which also took the Oscar for best original song, Randy Newman's We Belong Together. (Two Canadian animators - Dean DeBlois, co-director of How to Train Your Dragon, and Paul Dutton, animation director of The Illusionist - had been nominated for the feature award.)

Wally Pfister - director Christopher Nolan's favourite cinematographer - won the award for Inception, upsetting the favoured Roger Deakins from True Grit, who has now been nominated nine times without a win. Inception also won for sound editing (Canadian Craig Berkey had been nominated for his work on True Grit), sound mixing and visual effects. The Inception winners all gave special thanks to Nolan, who was snubbed in the best director category, even though the movie itself was nominated for best picture.

The award for best makeup went to The Wolfman (Montreal effects artist Adrien Morot had been nominated for his work on the Canadian film Barney's Version).

Inside Job, the documentary about the economic collapse, won the Oscar for best documentary feature. "Three years after a horrific financial crisis caused by a massive fraud, not a single financial executive has gone to jail, and that's wrong," said director Charles Ferguson.

Alice in Wonderland won the Oscars for art direction and costume design. Strangers No More, about a multi-ethnic Israeli school, was named best documentary short, and God of Love, an urban comedy about a modern-day Cupid, won the award as best live-action short.

The broadcast itself also contrasted old and new: Hathaway and co-host James Franco, 32, were part of a concerted effort to attract a younger viewership that included a 99-cent app that took viewers backstage. Meanwhile, older films - such as Gone With the Wind - were featured during the show, and 94-year-old Kirk Douglas came out, cane in hand, to present the supporting actress award. In addition, former host Billy Crystal made a guest appearance to introduce a clip of Bob Hope, who was Oscar host in the years when both Hathaway and Franco were born.

Funny Moments and the "F-Word" All Make the 83rd Oscars Memorable

This year's Oscars revolved around co-hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco. Sure, they're popular young movie stars who have been successful hosting "Saturday Night Live," but asking them to host the highest-profile live event in entertainment was a considerable risk. Ninety minutes into the show, you have to wonder whether it was a risk worth taking.

Melissa Leo's bleeped-out F-Word during her acceptance of the Best Supporting Actress Oscar, the first in Oscars history, the Academy confirmed to Variety, nearly made up for the rambling nature of the rest of her speech. "I'm just shaking in my boots here," Leo said when she received her trophy. "I am kind of speechless. When I watched Kate [Winslet] two years ago it looked so much [expletive] easier." Backstage, Leo apologized for her language, saying: "I really don't mean to offend, and it's probably a very inappropriate place to use that particular word."

Kirk Douglas, looking healthier after his stroke than he did when he appeared on the show a few years ago, wringed some chuckles out of his protracted announcement of the award he eventually handed to Leo. Franco's joke about the technical award winners being "nerds" was a nice touch too, but the biggest laugh of the night might have been a cameo appearance by Franco's grandmother, pointing out that she just saw "Marky Mark."

Hathaway and Franco have certainly been game, Hathaway is giving it her all; you half expect her to hold up an "Applause" sign and break into a tap-dance -- but there's a reason the show is usually hosted by comics. Hathaway got the hosts' biggest laugh with her "Brown Duck" character in the show's opening sequence -- in which the she and Franco were digitally inserted into the Best Picture nominees, an old Oscar standby, but on the whole, the actors have been stranded in a show with little excitement, jokes or spontaneity. Having Franco coming out in a dress, and even a controversial Charlie Sheen reference, is a little desperate.

In any event, the show had a few fun moments. The aforementioned "Brown Duck" moment was a spoof of "The Black Swan," except instead of having Natalie Portman being upstaged by a younger Mila Kunis, Anne Hathaway, via CGI (Computer Graphic Images), flailed about alongside Natalie in a dance off that rivaled anything Fox's "So You Think You Can Dance" could muster up.

As Franco emerged in his tight satin dress and blonde wig, he told Anne Hathaway -- who had donned a tuxedo and sparkly heels for a Tonys-esque riff Les Miserables song "On My Own" -- that if she got to wear a suit that it was only fair that he get to wear a dress.

Funnily enough, some of the most interesting moments came by way of James Franco's Twitter posts, including a video Franco himself shot from his phone as the curtain lifted on the Oscars broadcast.

But on the whole: I did not dislike the Oscars, but wasn't really that excited either.

Opps You've Done It Again Oscar - Two Actors Snubbed During Memorial Montage

Corey Haim 80's Teen Hearthrob
Oscar always so respectful in honoring "everyone" who has died in the last year in one four-minute "In Memoriam" segment during the Oscars lately always seems to "forget" someone, to the anger of an aggrieved many.

Two years ago, the Academy Awards did not include Brad Renfro in their "In Memoriam" segment. Last year, they left out Farrah Fawcett and Bea Arthur. This year, the "honor" of omission was shared by Corey Haim and Maria Schneider, neither of whom had their pictures shown while Celine Dion did her signature "My Heart Will Go On Song" from the movie Titanic.

Maria Schneider Sexy 70's Bombshell -"Last Tango In Paris"
Corey Haim, who died last March at the age of 38 of pneumonia complications, starred in two legitimate hits, "Lucas," and "The Lost Boys," before sliding into irrelevance and self-parody later in life. (The culmination of which resulted in a reality show on A&E titled "The Two Coreys," which followed him and his fellow '80s teen heartthrob, Corey Feldman, in their later-career struggles.) Maria Schneider's overly sexual character shocked audiences with her performance in 1972's "Last Tango In Paris," starring opposite Marlon Brando in Bernardo Bertolucci's sexual drama. She died of cancer earlier this month.
