The Paparazzi Has Finally Caught Up To Elusive Nessie

Nothing puts a damper on a serene afternoon's kayaking like the sight of a primeval sea monster.

That was the rude lesson for Tom Pickles and Sarah Harrington, who'd taken their watercraft out on the foggy waters of Lake Windermere, only to encounter what appeared to be "an enormous snake" swimming by.

"It was petrifying and we paddled back to the shore straight away. At first I thought it was a dog and then saw it was much bigger and moving really quickly at about 10 mph," the 24-year-old Pickles told The Telegraph. "Each hump was moving in a rippling motion and it was swimming fast. Its skin was like a seal's but its shape was completely abnormal—it's not like any animal I've ever seen before."

But what did Pickles and Harrington expect? Didn't they know that Lake Windermere is reputedly the home of the British version of the Loch Ness monster? In the past five years, sojourners on the lake have reported eight sightings of a Nessie-like serpent.

But the kayaking couple rallied from their shock and snapped the clearest photo of the Windermere "monster" since the sightings began. A journalism professor and his wife inaugurated the recent spate of Nessie-esque encounters on the lake back in 2006 reporting they had seen a "giant eel" somewhere between 15-20 feet long. Ever since then, researchers have set out upon the lake with sonar equipment, in pursuit of "Bow-Nessie," as the creature's British compatriots like to call it. But so far, No Nessie Sightings thus far.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ian Winfield, a lake ecologist at the University of Lancaster, said  he thinks the mysterious appartition people are seeing in Lake Windermere is merely a really big catfish. But all of this speculation overlooks the central mystery in the latest sighting: Why on earth would a couple go kayaking on an English lake in the middle of February?

The Duchess of York Sarah Furguson is NOT INVITED to the Royal Wedding!

When Prince William and Kate Middleton say "I do" in front of approximately 1,800 invited guests April 29, one who will not be in attendance Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson will skip the ceremony, as her rep confirms that the 51-year-old Ferguson was not invited and is not a member of the royal family.

The former royal's 10-year marriage to Prince Andrew ended in 1996. Though they split amicably, News of the World later caught Ferguson attempting to sell access to her ex to an undercover journalist.
As for who should be expecting a thick envelope from Prince William and Middleton in their mailbox, an insider told Us in December that David and Victoria Beckham should make the cut along with Sir Paul McCartney, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle.

A spokesperson for Rince William, 28, and his longtime girlfriend, 29, has confirmed that Prince Harry will serve as William's Best Man, while Middleton's sister Pippa will be Maid of Honor.

The service itself will begin at 11 a.m. at Westminster Abbey with three different clergymen taking part in the ceremony: the Dean of Westminster will conduct the service, the Archbishop of Canterbury will preside over the vows, and the Bishop of London will give the address.

Diana Knows Her Daughter Needs Help

Lindsay and Diana
Diana Lohan is speaking up about her 24-year-old daughter's constant troubles, which apparently have been plaguing LiLo since she turned 18 and moved to Hollyweird.

In an interview for 20/20 on ABC, LiLo's mom taked about her daughter's "lifelong struggled with addiction", life under a microscope, and the media's reaction to her most recent run-in with the law.

While discussing Lindsay's drug and alcohol problems, Momma Lohan said:
"I believe [that Lindsay doesn't drink anymore], and I think it's gonna be a lifelong struggle with addiction. But I think she's gonna be okay.
"She's a young girl struggling. You know, she's not perfect… She's learning as she goes, but she's learning under a microscope, so I can't even imagine how that is."
As for her most recent escapade at a Venice Beach, CA jewelry store? Dina doesn't think her daughter meant any harm. In fact, she says that she could "absolutely not" imagine her daughter being a thief.

Dina did, however, reveal that Lindsay has been in trouble for longer than we thought and began her downward descent only shortly after arriving to Los Angeles at the tender age of 18 when she started hanging with the fast crowd. Dina explained:
"I knew early on, I just didn't tell anyone about it. It was a personal situation."
"I never thought it would be this — the media would be so crazy. I really never thought it would get to this level. It's been really hard on my family, harder than anything."
Lindsay Get some help hun, and that is real talk, and YES I don't know you and I shouldn't, but I have heard to much about you to not see  there is a problem.

Paris Hilton Presents: Let Them Eat Cake (Part 2)

The Drama continues...When we left off, this fool named Paz crashed Paris Hilton's 30th Birthday, and then he stole her birthday cake, and then to add insult-to-injury, he Facebook posted that he got the cake and don't be knowing what to do with it. WOW this news is all over a F#@!in' CAKE!  In light of the news that Paris Hilton's $3,200 birthday cake was stolen by a drunken party crasher, the company that baked it, Lucid Absinthe, has issued the following statement:
“It is very unfortunate that someone stole the cake from Paris’s birthday party. We had the cake designed especially for Paris with Lucid in the batter and a beautiful representation of Lucid's artwork on it, which she had requested to meet the Moulin Rouge theme of the party. We’re happy that Paris and her guests were able to enjoy a night of Lucid cocktails, including the Paris Lemonade / Paris frozen Lucid Sorbet – and only wish that the guests could have tried her delicious cake. As for Paz, feel free to connect with us on the Lucid Absinthe Facebook page, where we would love to hear your side of the story and thoughts on the cake!”

Miley Cyrus is Allegedly Angry With Dad Billy Ray Cyrus GQ Interview

So what is new? A teenage daughter is mad at her dad for what he said about her....Hmmm. Sounds perfectly normal to me. End of story! OK, let's get to the bottom of this, Miley Cyrus is allegedly angry with dad Billy Ray Cyrus after he told GQ that he is “scared” for his daughter’s well-being.

Miley, now 18, is telling friends that she feels betrayed by her fathers public comments about their relationship.

“To say Miley is angry is an understatement,” a source tells Rob. “She’s furious that her own father would make a private matter so public. I mean what father does that? (Michael Lohan). Billy Ray revealed to GQ magazine that he is "scared" for his daughter's wellbeing. He passes the blame to Miley's handlers for the scandals she has been involved in, adding that he wasn't allowed to decide for his own kid.

Miley isn’t the only one who is upset over Billy Ray’s interview: An unnamed source at Disney told The Hollywood Reporter that Billy Ray’s claim that he “never made a dime” off his daughter was “ludicrous.” (Not to be mistaken by Rapper Ludachris) The source went on to say that Miley’s future with Disney is “TBD.”

Billy Ray slammed Disney in his GQ interview, telling the reporter that Hannah Montana “ruined [his] family” and that Miley is getting mixed up in a bad crowd. Miley and Billy Ray reportedly haven't spoken to each other since December, before he sat down with the magazine and poured his heart out. The source said that all Billy Ray had to do is call her number if he truly wants to talk with her.

Although Billy Ray claims that he never made any money off of his daughter, the two worked closely on Hannah Montana (Billy Ray played Miley’s on-screen father both on the TV show and in the Hannah Montana movies) and performed together several times.

Website LeftAction.com has made February 27 to March 5th. Ignore Sarah Palin Week

We've tried debating her, arguing with her, boycotting her, voting against her, and yet... she keeps coming back.  Much like a vampire or a nasty fungus.  So for just one week, we're going to try something new:  Ignoring her.

That's right -- February 27-March 5 is officially, "Ignore Sarah Palin Week."   For just one week, signers of this petition pledge to do the following:
Will you join us?  Will you take the pledge?  If so, sign the pledge in the right-hand column, add your thoughts if you want, and help spread the word.   Can we ignore her for a week?  Can we get our friends, neighbors and co-workers to do the same? You betcha!

Now, we understand that it might be tough to go cold turkey, and completely stop paying attention to Palin.  Thus, we offer these helpful tips:
    • If a friend mentions "Sarah Palin," reply as if he or she said, "Para Sailing."  And keep doing it. Para sailing is way cooler.
    • For your dose of gossip, consider switching to someone far less annoying.  Like Snooki.
    • Visit "Telling Sarah Palin She's Full of Crap" on Facebook, and join 100,000 other people who will be talking about everything else BUT Palin.
    • Refer to her as "she who shall remain nameless" for the duration of the week
    • Have other conversation topics ready to go
It's that simple.  We really can ignore her for a week.  We really can help pop any trial balloons being floated for 2012.

We really can enjoy a glorious week, free of Sarah!  You betcha!

P.S. - we wish only the best for Sarah Palin and her family. We just don't want her to be president, and we just want to take a week off from paying attention to her.
