ANOTHER POSSIBLE PROBATION VIOLATION for Lindsay

The Riverside County District Attorney's Office is once again pursuing possible assault charges against Lindsay stemming from the alleged altercation she had with a Betty Ford employee back on December 12, 2010. Lindsay (without the Lohan)  was completely aware the DA had begun interviewing witnesses in her case, but she didn't seem worried at all.

Lindsay denies pushing the woman first. The staffer reportedly scolded Lohan for allegedly returning past curfew after spending the evening at a local bar, and demanded the actress take a drug/alcohol test. It was during that exchange that that the woman reportedly "put her hands" on Lohan.


The actress claims she told the woman, "Take your hands off of me" and then "pushed back," according to the report.

Lindsay had been receiving treatment at the Betty Ford Center and its facilities, about 120 miles east of Los Angeles, since late September. A judge overseeing her probation stemming from a 2007 drunk driving case has required Lohan to remain at the rehab center until Jan. 3.

Comin MiLo Whhhhhhyyyy....Lindsay Lohans Father Arrested for Domestic Violence

Michael Lohan was arrested Monday night in Los Angeles on suspicion of domestic violence. MiLo's girlfriend filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department between 9:30 and 10:00 PM Monday night claiming they got into an argument that turned physical, and she had marks to prove it.

Cops later arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence. Lohan was taken to a nearby hospital to be checked for a medical condition unrelated to the alleged attack ... but afterward, he'll be taken to a Sheriff's station to be booked.

Lindsay Lohan Given More Time to "THINK" about Plea Deal

Lindsay will get a continuance in court Thursday so she can have more time to mull over the judge's offer, which he says  POSITIVELY involves jail time.

As we reported, no deal was struck Wednesday during a meeting in chambers with Judge Keith Schwartz, Shawn Holley and Danette Meyers. 

Judge Schwartz previously made it clear if Lindsay didn't cop a plea Thursday morning he'd send the case out to a trial judge.

The fact that Lindsay is actually thinking about accepting Judge Schwartz' offer is a huge step -- because she has been adamant up to this point that she will NOT go back to jail.

Lindsay says "I am ready for court tomorrow, and I believe that the truth will prevail through all of this."

Kamofie and Co. To Auction off the Alleged Stolen Necklace

The $2,500 necklace that Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole from a jewelry store is officially going up for auction. A rep for the Kamofie and Co. jewelry store announced, "We have decided to sell the diamond necklace through auction, and give the proceeds to charity."

As for what "charity",  the rep states, “We invite the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds."

According to the rep, the auction will not take place until AFTER the criminal case is resolved "by plea bargain, or trial or some other means." The necklace is currently being held as evidence by the L.A. County District Attorney. (I LOVE AMERICA!)

Lindsay Chimes in on the selling of Her Surveillance Tape!

Sources close to Lindsay Lohan tell (Lindsay when this is over, you must get new friends, cause these "sources" are jus' tellin' all yo bizness!) TMZ she thinks the fact Kamofie & Co. sold the surveillance video of her proves what she's been saying all along ... they are just using her to make a quick buck.

Reported earlier, the jewelry store worked with a broker to sell the tape, even when the lawyers for the prosecution beged them not to, fearing it would ruin their case.

Now the tape is out there (Note to self, must get popcorn...can't wait to see this!),  and sources close to Lindsay tell us she feels vindicated.  Lindsay insists it proves Kamofie & Co. are trying to capitalize on the situation and are motivated entirely by money.

Linsay Lohan Says She will Not Take Plea Deal With Jail Time!

After we had reported Lindsay IS taking some kind of plea deal, we found out  Lindsay Lohan doesn't care what her lawyer is negotiating ... she's not going to cop a plea to anything if it involves jail time ... sources connected to LiLo tell TMZ. 


TMZ broke the story ...Shawn Holley is trying to broker a plea deal that will almost certainly involve jail time.  Holley and prosecutor Danette Meyers are going to see Judge Keith Schwartz next week, and Holley wants to take the judge's temperature on how much jail time he'll give her if she pleads guilty.  The judge made it clear at the last hearing -- Lindsay WILL do time -- probably 3-6 months.

But sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ ... she doesn't care what kind of deal Holley gets -- if there is ANY jail time involved, she wants no part of it. We're told Lindsay wants to go to trial and believes the surveillance tape will clear her name.
