Charlie Sheen, CBS In 'Two And A Half Men' Return Discussions: Report

Looks like "Two and a Half Men" may be whole again soon. Without determining who represents what fraction, NBC's Jeff Rossen is reporting that, according to a source close to Sheen, two weeks after Sheen was fired from the show, the $2 million an episode man may get his job back on the biggest sitcom on television.

"Sources close to Charlie Sheen tell NBC News, CBS has offered him his job back. Discussions ongoing. Not a done deal," Rossen said via Twitter.

Hollywoodlife.com also reports that discussions are ongoing. A show insider told the site, "The rumors are true -- CBS wants Charlie back. They saw how popular his tour has become, how it has been selling out, and when word spread that he started talking to Fox about a late-night show, some decision-makers got a little antsy."

There's an 80% chance that Sheen returns, the source told the site.

If this is all true, it's a huge turnaround for the network and Sheen, who have been at war over the last month. Sheen ripped series creator Chuck Lorre in a series of radio and television interviews, and sued for $100 million following his firing and the show's decision to shut down for the rest of the season.

Since the firing, Sheen has found new sources of income: he's working to make $1 million a year in Twitter endorsements, and he's embarking on a North American live tour, for which he'll earn $7 million.

Sheen Is Clean

Charlie Sheen may be high on something but its not Drugs... (Maybe, well we can't prove it, well...It's gotta be sometin'...right?).  Sheen and his ex, Brooke Mueller, each took drug tests back on March 11 as part of their custody settlement.  Sheen got his results back a few days ago and guess what... he passed. No word yet on Mueller's results. The drug test clears the way for Charlie to see his children again, with a monitor present.

UPDATE:  Brooke Mueller's lawyers have notified the court that they want the restraining order against Charlie Sheen to expire. The temporary restraining order prohibiting Charlie from having contact with Brooke or twins Bob and Max expires tomorrow.  Brooke had the option to seek a permanent restraining order but she will not do so because she's settled her differences with Charlie.

Sheen Goddess Kacey Jordan Tries to Commit Suicide AGAIN!

Kacey Jordan -- a porn star who partied with Charlie Sheen during his cocaine binge back in January -- tried to kill herself last night ... this according to police.

The Chicago Police Department rushed to the Peninsula Hotel around 6:51 PM last night after receiving calls from the hotel after Kacey twittered several suicidal messages, saying she had taken a bunch of pills and alcohol and was waiting to die. This is not the first time Kacey tried to take her life. There was a previous incident in Las Vegas soon after the AVN Awards in January. Where police again had to rush to her rescue after her sister read one of her tweets, and called police and hotel staff to her rescue. (READ MORE ABOUT KACEY SUICIDE ATTEMPT)

We're told when cops got to the hotel, Kacey was sitting on her bed -- with prescription pill bottles, broken glass and alcohol all over her room.

Law enforcement sources tell us Jordan had cuts and scrapes to her wrists and arms, but insisted the suicide messages were merely a publicity stunt.

While Kacey was talking to police, we're told the porn star grabbed a corkscrew bottle opener tried to run out of the room and attempted to cut herself.

Cops eventually subdued Kacey before she could further harm herself and took her to a nearby hospital for a mental evaluation.

We're told cops reported the incident as a non-criminal suicide attempt.

Police Raid at Charlie Sheen's House

The LAPD and other law enforcement are converging at Charlie Sheen's house in a pre-planned raid.

The LAPD has been conducting an investigation into criminal activity -- possibly drugs or weapons. And someone who is at the house tells us cops may be attempting to put Charlie on an involuntary -- 5150 -- psychiatric hold.

UPDATE: Someone at the house tells us, one of the reasons the cops are there is because Charlie allegedly violated the temporary restraining order Brooke Mueller obtained ... which prohibits Charlie from possessing weapons.

UPDATE 10:42 PM THURSDAY Law enforcement sources tell us cops wrapped up their search and Charlie wasn't arrested.  Charlie's lawyer, Mark Gross says police found one rifle -- from the 1800s -- and "a few bullets," adding no other weapons were in the house. Gross also confirmed police executed the search warrant because someone -- he didn't know who -- claimed Charlie and a gun.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops raided Charlie Sheen's house after receiving a call earlier today that Charlie threatened to harm himself with a firearm.

Under the restraining order obtained by Brooke Mueller, Charlie is prohibited from possessing weapons.

Cops are inside the house right now, searching for firearms and ammunition.

And law enforcement tell us cops are not trying to place Charlie on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

Charlie, his lawyers, and several friends are sitting at a table in the backyard eating hamburgers. KTLA shot video of the surreal scene from their helicopter.

The LAPD has been conducting several investigations involving Charlie, including the possible violation of the TRO.

UPDATE 10:18 PM PT THURSDAY -- Sheen just tweeted: "#fastball; the LAPD were AWESOME. Absolute pros! they can protect and serve this Warlock anytime!!! c"

Sheen Sues Warner Bros. & Lorre for $100 Million

Charlie Sheen  has just filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre, and he's not only demanding he get paid for the remaining 8 "Two and a Half Men" episodes, he's also suing on behalf of the cast and crew ... and the suit is for $100,000,000 plus punitive damages.

Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer writes in the lawsuit, "Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, 'Two and a Half Men,' in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."

Singer alleges the cancellation is based on "Warner Bros. capitulating to Lorre's egotistical desire to punish Mr. Sheen ..." Singer believes there was a conspiracy between Lorre and Warner Bros. to blame Charlie for the cancellation.

Singer says, the suit is also filed on behalf of the cast and crew, based on what's called a "private attorney general's statute." Singer alleges the decision to cancel the 8 episodes was made BEFORE Sheen criticized Lorre, because Lorre allegedly wanted out so he could work on his other shows -- and because he hated Sheen. The suit points out Warner Bros. renegotiated Charlie's contract when he was facing felony charges in Aspen -- charges Warner Bros. thought would land Charlie in jail.

Singer claims they fired Charlie when he was sick, and that's a violation of State and federal law.

Charlie And Bree Break up, and NOW There Back on...Slow News Day...Sorry!

Chipping your warlock fangs is a very painful experience, so when it happened to Charlie Sheen last night ... he took out his frustration on Bree Olson. We can't make this stuff up!

Charlie Sheen and goddess #1 Bree Olson are Back On! ... this after Sheen tweeted she had left him and he was now taking applications.

Sheen dropped the news last night, posting to his Twitter page: "Update: Sober Valley Lodge; Rachel has left the building..., We're sad.... Over it... Applications now being accepted! #winner"

But today, Charlie says, "She came back, my bad all good. Love her with the three parts of my heart."

We think that's a good thing, but really we don't know what the heck is going on!

Charlie Sheen Passes Fourth Drug Test in Four Days, Challenges Brooke Mueller to Do Same

Just hours after Charlie Sheen's kids were taken by police Tuesday night, the actor has taken and has passed another drug test.

RadarOnline.com reports that the star took his fourth drug test in four days, and the site has video proving he passed. The test turned up negative results for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates and methamphetamine.

Sheen allegedly recently threatened estranged wife Brooke Mueller, saying, "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom." The threat prompted Mueller's lawyer to get a temporary restraining order against Sheen, preventing him from seeing Mueller or their twin boys, Bob and Max, almost 2 years old.

After presenting possible evidence Mueller may have been using drugs very recently -- and alleging she still is "I'll match her test for test -- I have nothing to hide. Brooke's gonna be doing a whole lot of these." Says Charlie. Why did Sheen happen to have a drug test handy? He told Radar it was "just in case someone rolls in."

Cryptic Message on Vanity Card May Leave One to Assume Chuck Lorre May Be Calling It Quits

Charlie and Chuck in "Happier" times
Chuck Lorre, creator and executive producer of Two and a Half Men, posted a 'vanity card' after last night's episode of 'Mike & Molly', one of the other shows he produces, that answered his thoughts on the recent Charlie Sheen debacle and the possible future of 'Two and a Half Men'.

On the card Lorre says, "I understand that I'm under a lot of pressure to respond to certain statements made about me recently. The following are my uncensored thoughts. I hope this will put an end to any further speculation." He continues, "I believe that consciousness creates the illusion of individuation, the false feeling of being separate. In other words, I am aware, ergo I am alone. I further believe that this existential misunderstanding is the prime motivating force for the neurotic compulsion to blot out consciousness. This explains the paradox of our culture, which celebrates the ego while simultaneously promoting its evisceration with drugs and alcohol."

He goes on, "It also clarifies our deep-seated fear of monolithic, one-minded systems like communism, religious fundamentalism, zombies and invaders from Mars. Each one is a dark echo of an oceanic state of unifying transcendence from which consciousness must, by nature, flee. The Fall from Grace is, in fact, a Sprint from Grace. Or perhaps more accurately, "Screw Grace, I am so outta here!

Questions?"

It looks like Lorre is done with the show and could possible be calling it quits. Lorre's vanity cards came to light a few weeks ago when he finally broke his silence regarding the trouble caused by Sheen being in the news. The card talked about how Lorre lead a healthy lifestyle and finally said, "If Charlie Sheen outlives me, I'm gonna be really pissed."

Charlie Sheen's Legal Team Ready to Sue CBS, WB, and Lorre

Charlie Sheen's legal team sent a hell-fire letter to CBS and Warner Bros. demanding that he be paid for the eight canceled episodes of 'Two and a Half Men.

Late last week, CBS and Warner Bros. announced they were discontinuing production of the hit TV show based on Sheen's conduct and condition--including the actor's statements about 'Men' producer Chuck Lorre. (Seams Personal)

Sheen's lawyer, top Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, wrote a letter to the network and production company on Monday claiming they were violating Sheen's contract by canceling the remaining episodes. Singer wrote: "This action is outrageous and in direct violation of our client's legal rights, including under the contract between our client and Warner Bros. Television with regard to 'Two and a Half Men' ("the Series"). Our client is entitled to be paid for eight additional episodes under his contract on the Series."

He claimed that the episodes were canceled "not because of my client's condition but in retaliation for your show runner being criticized." Singer also suggested they are "pampering" Lorre.

Singer, states that Charlie is sober and able to work. "Furthermore, my client is clean and sober and has passed every drug test requested," the letter stated. "In fact, he took passing tests this weekend."

Saddle up folks, this is gonna be a real barn burner. Singer makes it clear they will not back down. "He (Sheen) intends to hold Warner Bros. fully accountable for the compensation owed on his contract and to hold Warner Bros. and CBS fully accountable for all of the consequences of their actions." If he's not paid as requested, "our client intends to bring appropriate legal action against Warner Bros., as well as against Mr. Lorre..."
